When will my cargo arrive?
 
Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays are delivered to cargo on the same day or the next day. After your orders are delivered to the cargo, your cargo tracking number will reach you via e-mail. You can easily find out the latest status of your order with your cargo tracking number.

Can I change the delivery address of my order that has not been shipped yet?

If you want to change the delivery address for your order, you can update the address information by contacting us via our whatsapp support line at 0 555 461 52 96 or by contacting us at info@nidistore.com.

Is delivery available on public holidays?

Delivery is not made as cargo companies do not work on public holidays. 

How can I pay?

As NIDI Store is a new online store, the only payment method is Wire Transfer/EFT. After you send the order amount to the IBAN number you will see on the payment screen, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail. With the receipt of the payment, your order begins to be prepared with great care.
 
Can I pay via cash on delivery?

There is no payment management at the door for your purchases. The reason for this is that it causes extra cost and loss of time to us due to problems such as not accepting the shipment by the recipient, not being at the address when the shipment arrives, etc.

 

When can I pay by Credit Card/Debit Card?

We will bring you this payment method as quickly as we can in order to provide you with safer shopping pleasure. 

How is the shipping fee?

The standard shipping fee is 35 TL. We cover the shipping fee for your purchases of 600 TL or more. 

 

How is the shipping process for returns and exchanges?

You can send your cargo that you will send to us for return and exchange with any cargo company, with buyer's payment, to the address in the e-mail we sent to you.
